At least one applicant must own a residential or BTL property in the UK.
For HMOs and MUFBs with up to 6 bedrooms or units, at least one applicant must have 12 months’ experience of operating a buy-to-let property.
For HMOs and MUFBs with 7 to 10 bedrooms or units, at least one applicant must have 24 months’ experience of operating a buy-to-let property.
For applications on our refurbishment buy-to-let products, at least one applicant must have 12 months’ experience of operating a buy-to-let property.
